氧丙咪嗪（英語：Imipraminoxide 或 imipramine N-oxide，商品名：Imiprex、Elepsin），分子式C19H24N2O，是一種用於治療重性抑鬱疾患的三環類抗抑鬱藥（TCA），1960年代開始在歐洲使用，也是丙咪嗪在體內的代謝產物。[3][4][5][6]
