沙利魯單抗（INN：Sarilumab）是治疗類風濕性關節炎的药物[5]。用于治疗傳統治疗无效的中度至重度疾病[5]。若无法取得托珠单抗时，也能用于治疗重症2019冠状病毒病 [6]。透过皮下注射給藥[5]。
最常见的副作用是感染[7]。其他副作用可能包括嗜中性白血球低下、血小板減少症、血脂异常、肝脏问题、过敏和癌症[7] [8]。注射部位可能会疼痛[5]。它是一种单克隆抗体，可與白细胞介素-6受体结合并阻断其功能[5]。
沙利魯單抗于 2017 年在美国和欧洲取得医疗使用取可[8] [5]。
