伊丽莎白·古吉（英语：Elizabeth Goudge，1900年4月24日—1984年4月1日），英格兰小说作家、短篇故事和儿童文学作家。最著名的文学作品为1946年的《小白马》（The Little White Horse），同年荣获卡内基奖章（Carnegie Medal Carnegie Medal）。1944年的小说《Green Dolphin Country》在美国出版的书名为《Green Dolphin Street》（绿豚街），1947年改编成同名电影《Green Dolphin Street （页面存档备份，存于互联网档案馆）》上映。
