2,3-二氯苯甲腈是一種有機化合物，化學式為C₇H₃ClN，它二氯苯甲腈的同分異構體之一。它可由2,3-二氯苯甲醛和鹽酸羥胺為原料反應製得，^[2]2,3-二氯苯甲酰胺和三氯氧磷加熱反應也能得到產物。^[3]在三氯化銦存在下，它可以被硼氫化鈉在四氫呋喃中還原為2,3-二氯苄胺。^[4]
