蛆管螺科（學名：Caecidae）是生物分類學中一個海洋微小貝的科級分類：舊屬中腹足目^[2]，今屬玉黍螺目的海洋腹足綱軟體動物^[3]。

棲息地

這些微小的管狀海貝生活在溫暖的溫帶海洋中，棲息於海洋沉積物（英語：marine sediment）中，又或藻類與海綿之中。

形態描述

與大多數腹足綱物種不同的是：本科物種的螺殼只彎成一條彎曲的角狀管^[4]。蛆管螺亞科物種的胚螺（英語：protoconch）在成長時會脫落而成簡單的筒狀^[4]，而螺管另一端被永久性的鈣質塞密封；Ctiloceratinae亞科及Strebloceratinae亞科物種的胚螺仍然保有。所有物種的螺管另一端均有圓形的螺厴掩蓋。螺殼顏色白到淺黃。
