湯馬士·「湯」·麥加夫（英語：Thomas "Tom" McGrath，1964年8月7日—）是一名美國動畫師、配音員、導演和編劇。他與艾力·達奈爾一起執導了2005年的《荒失失奇兵》、2008年的《荒失失奇兵2》和2012年的《荒失失奇兵3》。他獨自導演了2010年的《毛百萬》。
