小菊頭蝠（學名：Rhinolophus pusillus），也叫菲菊頭蝠^[2]，是菊頭蝠科的其中一個成員。這個品種可以於中國、印度，以及其他東南亞地區例如泰國、馬來西亞等地找到。在中國大陸，分佈於香港^[3]、廣西、海南、安徽、雲南、四川、江蘇、福建、浙江、湖北等地。該物種的模式產地在爪哇。^[2]

亞種

菲菊頭蝠福建亞種（學名：Rhinolophus pusillus calidus），G. Allen於1923年命名。在中國大陸，分佈於江蘇、安徽、福建、浙江等地。該物種的模式產地在福建。^[4]
菲菊頭蝠海南亞種（學名：Rhinolophus pusillus parcus），G. Allen於1928年命名。在中國大陸，分佈於海南等地。該物種的模式產地在海南那大。^[5]
菲菊頭蝠四川亞種（學名：Rhinolophus pusillus szechwanus），Andersen於1918年命名。在中國大陸，分佈於廣西、雲南、四川、湖北等地。該物種的模式產地在四川重慶。^[6]
