Notes on use
The Template:MerckManual and MerckHome templates helps markup links to respectively the Professional Edition and Home Edition of the Merck Manual of Diagnosis and Therapy medical textbooks.
3 parameters are required, with options (to maintain backwards compatibility) for a 4th for page number and 5th for alternative displayed text.
