四膜蟲醇(英語:Tetrahymanol,或稱作伽馬蠟烷-3β-醇,Gammaceran-3β-ol)是一種五環三萜醇,最早發現於海洋纖毛蟲四膜蟲(Tetrahymena pyriformis)的細胞膜中[1],之後在其它纖毛蟲、真菌、蕨類、細菌中都有發現[2]。經過數百萬年的成岩作用,海洋沉積物中的四膜蟲醇會轉化為對應的飽和烴類伽馬蠟烷[2],可用於分析古代的海洋環境[3]。
