細胞色素b5（英語：Cytochrome b5）是一種存在於動物、植物、真菌以及紫色光養菌中遍及的電子傳遞血紅素蛋白。該細胞色素於微粒體及線粒體中的變體是與膜相結合的，而細菌、紅細胞以及其他動物組織中的卻是水溶性的。
