流感快筛

流感快速诊断测试(rapid influenza diagnostic test,简称RIDT)是针对流行性感冒的快速诊断测试[1],是侦测流行性感冒病毒核蛋白抗原。一般用的流感快筛可以在三十分钟以内知道结果。结果会用颜色变化或是其他可以看到的讯息来表示[2][3]。对临床医师而言,流感快筛是第一线的测试,可以用其他传统诊断测试来确认(特别是阴性的情形)。流感快筛也可以让临床医师提早针对高危险族群进行抗病毒治疗、制定有效的感染控制措施、或是对诊断到的结果告知病患,以进行相关医疗决定[4][5]。已证实流感快筛可以减少胸腔的射线照相术,以及救护车上的血液检测,但对抗生素的处方或是在急诊部门的时间则没有改善[6]
根据研究,H1N1快筛测试的灵敏度66%, 代表伪阴性(有感染,但没有检测到)的比例是34%[7]。
