德拉查·米哈伊洛维奇(塞尔维亚语:Драгољуб Дража Михаиловић,1893年4月27日—1946年7月17日)是一位第二次世界大战南斯拉夫塞尔维亚将军。米哈伊洛维奇出生于塞尔维亚王国的伊凡尼察,在贝尔格莱德长大,在巴尔干战争和第一次世界大战中表现出色。
米哈伊洛维奇是一位坚定的保皇派人士,1941年4月南斯拉夫陷落后,米哈伊洛维奇在拉夫纳戈拉组织了切特尼克以反抗德国军队,米哈伊洛维奇曾任南斯拉夫王国末任总参谋长和三军总长,与部属撤退至贝尔格勒一带的山区,并组织反抗势力从事游击战,其部队名为“南斯拉夫祖国军”。米哈伊洛维奇与约瑟普·布罗兹·铁托的游击队一起合作对抗德国,但是截然相反的策略、意识形态差异和普遍的不信任使他们分道扬镳。米哈伊洛维奇的部队是反抗德军的一大势力,且全为保皇派。而在米氏之后,又出现了一支由约瑟普·布罗兹·狄托领导的“游击队”。
到1941年底,两个群体陷入了公开冲突,欲取得战争结束后南国的控制权。许多切特尼克团体与轴心国合作,再加上英国对米哈伊洛维奇的无所作为感到沮丧,导致盟军在1944年将支持转向铁托。米哈伊洛维奇本人在战争结束时与法西斯合作者米兰·内迪奇和迪米特里耶·洛蒂奇合作,许多祖国军成员则与德军和义大利军队合作。
米哈伊洛维奇在战后躲藏起来,但于1946年3月被捕。他受到南斯拉夫联邦人民共和国共产党当局的审判并被判犯有叛国罪和战争罪,并于7月在贝尔格莱德被行刑队处决。他对通敌和种族屠杀的责任的性质和程度仍然存在争议。2015年5月,塞尔维亚最高法院经上诉后推翻了米哈伊洛维奇的判决,并表示对他的审判和定罪是出于政治和意识形态动机。
