蚓激酶

蚓激酶(Lumbrokinase)是一种纤溶酶[1][注 1],大小介于25-32kDa之间[2],可以多种途径促进纤维蛋白的溶解,除了具有纤溶酶活性外,还可作为纤维蛋白溶酶原激活物以刺激纤溶酶的生成,又可促进组织间其他纤维蛋白溶酶原激活物的活性[3]。蚓激酶最早于1991年在正蚓属蚯蚓Lumbricus bimastus体内发现[2][4],亦存在于赤子爱胜蚓、粉正蚓与等多种蚯蚓的体腔与消化道内,这种纤溶酶结构稳定,且在人体中可被小肠吸收,因而有作为抗血栓药物的潜力[5],且不同于链激酶等其他种专一性较低的抗血栓药物,蚓激酶对纤维蛋白的专一性很高,只有纤维蛋白存在时才具有酵素活性,而较无造成纤溶亢进导致大出血之虞[2][6]。蚓激酶已在临床上被用于治疗中风与其他心血管疾病[2]。
