English: Chinese Frigate Jinan is the ex-IJN Type D escort ship CD-194. It was taken over to the ROCN as war reparations. Chinese Navy fully repaired it in the early 1950s and it served under the name "Jinan'.
The photo was taken by unknown photographer in the early 1950s, and it's now probably exhibited in a internal museum of the Chinese East Sea Fleet. Notice in the picture, Jinan was using the highly unusual 4-color camouflage probably due to British influence.
